WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
Our lead times are based on the current work load. Our goal is to keep lead times under 6 weeks from approval.
ARE PROTOTYPES AVAILABLE?
Yes! Prototyping services are billed by the hour based on the time it takes to complete your project. We will provide you with an estimate before we begin. This time can include material & subcomponent research, drawings, pattern making, cutting, sewing and assembly.
CAN SR INDUSTRIES SIGN A NON DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT?
Yes. Please forward any NDA documents for us to review.
WHAT ABOUT CONFIDENTIALITY WITH SR INDUSTRIES?
Each one of our employees is required to sign a confidentiality agreement upon hire. This can assure you that your project’s confidentiality will not be jeopardized.
WHAT ARE SR INDUSTRIES TERMS?
Our standard terms are Net 30.
WHAT ARE SR INDUSTRIES QUALITY STANDARDS.
From the start of production to completion, we use our 3QC Standard (3 Time Quality Check) to measure quality and accuracies on all our products.
WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?
Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Our production hours are 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

- Log and Usage Data. Yes. All of our sewing is done in Norton Shores, Michigan. We also do our very best to manufacture our parts with U.S.A. fabrics and sub-components.
